Terms of Use

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the online store "MICHI" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), which is operated by JINC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop"). By using the Site, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between customers and the Shop regarding the use of the Site.

Article 2 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Site, customers shall not engage in the following actions:

  • Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Actions that infringe upon the rights or interests of the Shop or third parties
  • Actions that interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Actions involving the registration of false information
  • Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Shop

Article 3 (Sale of Products)

  • Product prices, shipping fees, and other terms of sale shall be in accordance with each product page and the "Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions."
  • A sales contract is formed when the Shop accepts the order and sends an order confirmation notification.
  • Orders may not be accepted depending on inventory status or other factors.

Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)

The handling of returns and exchanges shall be as stipulated in "Shipping & Returns" and "Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions."

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  • While the Shop strives to post information about the Site's content and products as accurately as possible, it does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy.
  • Products handled by the Shop may have individual differences in color, appearance, and finish due to the production process and material characteristics. Please note in advance that these are inherent characteristics of the products and not defects.
  • The Shop shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Shop.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and other rights regarding the text, images, etc., posted on the Site belong to the Shop or the legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Article 7 (Modification of Terms)

The Shop may change these Terms of Service without prior notice to customers when it deems it necessary. The modified terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Site.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the Site, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
