Small Item Shipping

Honshu/Shikoku: 1,500 JPY (tax incl.)
Hokkaido/Kyushu/Okinawa: 2,000 JPY (tax incl.)

Medium Item Shipping

Standard Region (Honshu): 2,500 JPY (tax incl.)
Hokkaido/Shikoku/Kyushu: 3,000 JPY (tax incl.)
Okinawa: 8,000 JPY (tax incl.)

Insured Shipping

Kanto: 4,500 JPY (tax incl.)
Standard Region: 5,500 JPY (tax incl.)
Northern Kyushu: 6,000 JPY (tax incl.)
Hokkaido/Southern Kyushu: 6,500 JPY (tax incl.)
Okinawa: 23,500 JPY (tax incl.)

Special Shipping (Quote Required)

Special shipping items such as stupas require an individual quote. Currently, settings do not allow for the completion of purchase procedures online. Please consult us via the contact form before making a purchase.

Carrier: Items are delivered via courier service (large items will be arranged individually).
Estimated Shipping: Items typically ship within 5-8 business days after your order is confirmed (once payment is verified).
Delivery Date and Time: Delivery may vary depending on the region and traffic conditions.
International Shipping: Currently, we only accept deliveries within Japan.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that the products we handle may vary in color, appearance, and finish due to their production process and material characteristics. These are inherent qualities of the products and are not considered defects.
Returns and exchanges for customer convenience: Due to the nature of our products (one-of-a-kind items/art objects), we generally do not accept them.
Defective products or incorrect shipments: Please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number. We will handle the exchange or refund at our expense.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued according to your payment method.
